Marlee Smith

I produced, edited, field produced and was camera 2 for this feature that takes us inside Marlee Smith's journey in Tempe, where she's training as the only female wrestler for the Sun Devils. Smith is following in the footsteps of her mentor, Kelsey Campbell, a former Olympian and the first woman to land on ASU’s wrestling roster. Her next bout is starting a women’s only roster at Arizona State.

Keanon Lowe

I field produced and co-produced this Emmy-nominated feature highlighting the remarkable story of former Oregon wide receiver Keanon Lowe, who disarmed a student at Portland’s Parkrose High School in May 2019. Lowe was lauded as a hero by the Portland community for intervening and keeping the students safe.

Cal Family Dynamic

I co-produced, field produced, and conducted interviews for this story showcasing Cal Women's Gymnastics co-coaches (and couple) Justin Howell and Elisabeth Crandall-Howell, who have elevated the Golden Bears program since joining in 2012.

Shortly before Justin Howell took over the program, the Bears finished the 2012 season ranked 49th nationally. In just two years' time, the Howells led the Bears to a No. 16 ranking with a growing conference and national presence.
